Tell me how expensive are places not too far from the beach? My Mum want to move back to Cali...

Hey, sorry it's taken me so long to respond. San Diego's pretty pricey right by the beach - but it depends if she wants a house or apartment and what neighborhood it's in. Places like Del Mar & La Jolla are very expensive... but so long as you're not in east county San Diego you're pretty much always near the beach.
