Hi from the Old Hippie

Your lucky to be able to grow outdoors. But you only get the one season...
Do you grow indoors too? Or do you grow enough in the one season? What sort of yield do you get per plant?

There isn't a chance in hell that you could grow outside in this country. Although Eastern Europe has it's strains that are designed for the colder climate, although I've never smoked any of it. I've always imagined that the potency wouldn't be there.

Just noticed that you are from Alabama. I'm from a city called Birmingham.
 
I live aout 125 miles from Birmingham, Alabama. MY plants last most of the year for me and my few that share here. I got 6 pounds of smoke (wieghed after the curing) from 8 plants. me and my wife NEVER EVER buy , we just smoke what we grow. we dont even smoke other weed, just ours. cause i no what im smokin. and the strenth is great! its a nice mixed high mellow taste and great buzz. so one nice season is all i need. i own my own land 10 acres, so pretty private to grow here. I keep my fingers crossed each year tho, if caught penilties are high.
 
i live right around where you do too... sadly i have no land and must grow indoors. 8lbs is sick though man, good job.
 
Wished we had 10 acres. Make do with a little less. But love the privacy that a little extra land provides. Middleaged hippy here! But have medical marijuana card so all is cool.
 
I've gotta hand it to you southern boys and girls who grow the 'erb. I hear down Thar' if yer caught with one seed, yer considered a user ... two seeds and yer considered a major dealer!

just noticed your change of avatar mogie. From a bulldog to a butterfly... seems symbolic... not that I'm prying, just gave me pause for thought.
 
I'm kinda new here myself but welcome. Us old timers need to stick together.

maybe the next contest should be to determine the oldest hippie :-)
