Hey, wussup guyz this is Kayo. i have a few questions.. how hard is it to get my cannabis card? i don't really have a medical history tho.. i'm in cali, bayarea. sorry if i posted in the wrong area.
Here's my ghetto setup i was trying to get clones from the AK-48 to the left, but i think i waited too long. I just started to grow like 1 ago, so bear with me =) any tips would be helpful thanks!

Cards are very easy to get. Ask around (or look online) they have doctors just for that. Insomnia, stress, almost anything will get you one. Any past surgeries also

I'm no pro but to me it looks like your light is too far away from your plants. Put your hand on top of the plants and bring it down to where it gets uncomfortable, then raise it just a bit
