does anybody know if i am better having my room at a higher or lower temp at night with 60-80% high humidity, i had a dehumidifier in the room but when i entered the room in the morning it was only like 1-3% and my mouth and lips would instantly feel dry, all my plants leafs were drying and curling, my normal daytime humidity is around 30% and temps 28-30c (82-86f) , i dont think i have any mould as yet although my room stinks like there is a body rotting in it in the morning, and my plants are healthy, or am i worrying about nothing.
i have been dropping my room temps to 18c (64f) at night but i can keep it lower or higher if there is less risk of mould as i have a thermostatic temp computer that is adjustable.
i will buy a humidistat computer for my dehumidifier later, but the one to match my temp one is expensive so later it is.
