High humidity during drying

Hi! I just wet trimmed my 2 big plants (took so fcking long) and I worry about the humidity. I didnt trim small popcorn buds they will end up in the washing machine for bubble hash, they are laying on cardboard its 630gram of popcorn buds. The humidity is 62 which seems too much. This is day 1, the AC is set to 61f and there is probably about 65 in tent. Whats interesting is I use a big dehumidifier which painters use in dry rooms.

How big is the tent? If you're running that much dehumidification in a space and it's not helping you probably have too much exhaust airflow going.

Assuming it's rated for say a ~500 sq ft space and your fan is pumping 400+ CFM you will need to throttle down the fan a bit.

So I have a similar issue with my 4x4. I shoved in a dehumidifier rated for 1000 sq ft, even though it's oversized for the space if I run my fan at full blast (400 CFM) it struggles to keep up.

How big is your exhaust fan? Can you turn down the power and see if the humidity balances out?
(If you're turning down the inline/exhaust fan you need to make sure you have an oscilating fan or something circulating the air in the tent).

So maybe I'm blind but where are the dehumidifiers in that setup?

I dried at 60 RH last time and it was fine, just took like 10 days...make sure you have good air circulation in tent and mold generally isn't a problem

Its placed in the corned where is no bud at the bottom in the right corner after I made a pic

Ugh had to be metric... so 187 M3/h x 35.3 to ft3 / 60 mins should be around 110 CFM on that fan?

That's actually already really low, how much moisture are you getting out of that dehumidifier's tank?

How about now while it's just drying? If the humidity isn't going down AND the unit isn't filling up with water I'd say it's outside of its target RH range or broken.

(for reference my ambient temp is 76 indoors and ~60 RH. To bring my humidity down to 50 RH in my 4x4 creates about 1 liter of condensation in my dehumidifier tank [if my exhaust fan is on low] and about 4 times that when my exhaust fan is on high)
