Higher Yield Possible HELP Please ??

Love this Forum,,,, A couple of questions,,

My Setup is as follows room basement 12x10= 120 sq ft,, with 100-150 Watt mercury fluracent bulbs bright ones mixed 3500 and 6500 light I cover all the space under plants,, I am running rainforest 236 system for clones and 6, 8 hole system hydropincs total 48 hole per plant 24 hour lights on for veg and 48 hole per plant 12-12 hour light setup for flowering,, can someone please help me produce Harvest every two weeks,, I am new to this I am trying to figure out.... I need someone to explain to me the SOG system in detail for dummies if that is possible

you're going to need more light for starters.

thank you for responding I do have enough lights though,, every plant is coverd i have total 48 plants + 24 clones in Veg state there i have 10 100 watts mercury flurescents 6500+3500k bright,,,and same on the flowering of it,,, If you experince in growing style Sea of Green please explain it to me so I can do the same with me setup,, failed to mention I also have Co2 bucket with fan running all the time expect shut off at night for a few hours on timer
