Hollands hope growers, one moth HH here

Heres my Hollands Hope at about a month, I think its lagging, besides whats the little leaves growing in between the stem and the fanleaf stem, does this mean that its a early sign that its going to branch out, or a sign of something else, its only been a month from seedling, let me know whats up, the truth would be nice, wouldnt it>?

Thanks Bra, sorry to be throwing this out there, but what are these little leaves growing in between the stem and the fan leave stem? is this a sign of it going to branch out? has any of your plants done this at a young age like mine?
