Homegrown basement bud

Hello all and welcome to my thread. I grow indoors with everything from cfls and cardboard boxes up to a pair of 600's in a 4x8, which is empty atm. I use organics for the most part because I abhor schedules and having to ph everything, for me the obligations that go with synthetic feeding take the fun out of growing. I do use a few bottled supplements though, Dynagro cal-max and pro-tekt with every watering.

I find that mixing your own soil is preferable to any bagged soil. For this I use a 5 gal bucket to measure and a few large rubbermaids to cook. One bucket each of peat and compost, 1½ buckets of perlite for a 1:1:1½ ratio.

To this I add: 6 cups Espoma tomato-tone, 2 cups kelp meal, 2 cups neem cake, 8 cups glacial rock dust, and 1 cup dolomite lime. I mix it well and wet it down with a compost tea made with homemade wormcastings and molasses and let it cook for a minimum of 3 weeks, preferably 8 or more.

Right now the only thing I've got going aside from my veggie garden is a blue dream in my 250w "project box" and a 7 gal pot, but there will be more content down the road. Questions and comments are welcome.
