How about LEDs??

Does someone have experience growing with LED panels? The dudes at HTG supply told me they could act as complimentary lighting for metal or sodium, but it would be great to use them alone. Im planning to buy a led spotlight.

leds = waste of $$$, i f you want to spend 3 months getting 1 bonghit might as well use cfls.
