i moved to a new area for school and forgot to change my address with the rmv. my license was suspended for 5 points in 3 years. its just 2 inspection stickers and a registration sticker that got the 5 points. since my address was not changed at the rmv i never got notice of the suspension. i was pulled over and fucked with around my anal area. i was towed and i took an 8 hr driving class for the points and got my license back. now this charge is looming for driving on a suspended license. am i totally fucked...

he sounds so smart. id have to watch those a few times and see if i could apply it to my situation. what do you think -does all that work or make you look like a punk in court?

i would say it works-

on appeal most times. the district court judge will be pissed in most cases. i believe that the constitution does hold precedence .

there MUST be injury. and the judge DOES represent the state.

i have now taken detailed notes on the 3 videos i like the 1 about "standing" this sounds like priceless info that could have helped in life-at least i know now...! is it to good to be true? a little confused on"violation of legal right" . sounds like if a plaintiff has no personal injury from the alleged unlawfull conduct, then they have no standing, case closed?

good luck-

due the us constitution, every cause of action must ahve standing.i.e. evidence of injury.
