How and When Can You Tell If Your Females Have Been Accidentally Pollenated?

I just posted a couple of photos of my plants that are on Day 38 since going to 12/12. A very experienced poster replied that they looked heavily seeded, even though I was very careful to move the males away as soon as I knew which was which. I guess all I can do is wait and see, but I have not seen much on the topic of "when can you tell that your females were pollinated accidentally?"

the hairs will brown and wither and the cyltics (sp) will fatten up like in the pictures give one a squeeze and see if you don't get a seed

Hey man.

I just discovered that I have at least 4 pollinated females. The first thing I noticed was that the bud was like twice the size of the rest. The first and second picture look like they have some really large buds on the top, they look just like my pollinated ones.

It was pretty easy to find out, open one up!

yea i'd agree with what robert says. i'd check out the fattest, most-developed calyxes and see what happens. if there's nothing in it, it'll just get all juicy and your fingers will be sticky. the cluster of calyxes on your plants look pretty fat. but you are on the 5th week, so i wouldn't assume they're seeds right away. but squeeze away! let us know.

Seeds only take 3 or 4 weeks to develope
from your FIRST picture it looks like brown hairs are pollenated and white are not
check them out like others say (squeeze the sharmin)

Here are the photos, my friends. When I pinched them, none were terribly firm; if Rich is right, that seeds only take 3-4 weeks to develop, then I'm okay, because none of them approached the firmness of a regular marijuana seed. I would think that if the calyx is unpollinated, a soft version of a seed would develop. Otherwise, what?

Thank you for your help, Robert. I certainly have no reason to doubt you, someone with over 4,000 posts. All I can do is hope that this is one of the rare times that you have erred. Does anyone else out there have a definitive opinion one way or the other? And if they are, in fact, pollinated, is there anything different for me to do as I approach harvest?

i can't offer any definity as to if they're seeded or not, but they look like seeds and i think the seeds usually get really hard towards the end of flowering. 3-4 weeks might be a bit early then, so, try again in a couple weeks or so. i don't think there's anything special you need to do if there are seeds. anyone else?

Thanks for all the input, everyone. I don't see what you are referring to, Captain, I took a careful look. But after the luck I've had, anything could happen!
