Plants are almost a week old

Outside of growroom (garage, uk)

Inside of grow room

Room basically consists off

600w ballast + mh or hps light
2 pc fans 54cfm each
Mylar sheeting

How are they doing? When should I move them into my growroom (currently under 2 fluorescent lights)

Plants look good. I think you need some perlite in your soil so its not so compact, the roots will grow better. With a 600w hid, you will need much more air movement than that and a cooltube with duct work and an inline fan would be ideal. That setup will get very hot. Keep them under the flouros for a couple more weeks then move them to your cabinet. You will need to LST and supercrop the shit out of them too. GL

Its just the start but they are looking fine. You will probably need some better airflow once they are bigger, especially when they are flowering.

You built a nice small oven there mate. Are you going to build a grow room soon? My suggestion? Buy a tent. Buy a carbon filter. Buy a fan. Grow some pot.

The HID might be a bit much this early on. Only speaking from experience. Do you have any CFLs? (Flouros?) And as others said you'll def need more room and more airflow when they get bigger especially.

The fans actually do a good job of keeping the room cool! Without the fans on the room soars up to around 110 degrees and with it's around 80-85. It's bloody freezing here in the UK and you can see your own breath in my garage so it's not quite an over ;).

Is there a site that shows you roughly what your plants should look like on certain days?

His right about it being bloody cold here in UK. I run my 400w hps in my cupboard with the door shut and it doesn't even get too hot.

That's good, but what happens when summer comes? You want to keep your room around 79F. Your plants will thank you for it. They love that temp. Not really sure if there is a site that shows that because not everyone's plant will look the same on that given day. There are just too many factors to be able to tell what your plant should look like.

Your plant should be in the seedling stage for the first few weeks. After that it enters the vegging stage. Then around 7 weeks you could flower them. I prefer to let mine show naturally. Then I know she is mature and ready to flower I change it over to 12/12

Hello MasonM, Have you thought about one of those Tube Heaters for a Greenhouse that you can get from ebay for about £12/16 ? It should be enough to keep your little Grow room warm when your lights are off or if you use CFL's.
And your Right about being Cold... I live in Wales on top of a Mountain and it's Trying to Snow as i Write this to you ;-)
Ive got to take my Dog for a walk in a bit... Not looking forward to that lol...
Take Care & Happy Growing.
Ps. if you need a link to the heaters that i mentioned give me a PM and i'll send you a link or 2.
