How Are These CBD Companies Selling Online?

There are many companies claiming they have CBD "hemp" oil. Most of this is crap. How are these companies getting away with selling it on the internet? I don't think they are selling anything because of the ridiculous prices. I saw a website selling an 8oz bottle for, get ready....$1,140! Haha

My lawyer says it is NOT legal to sell CBD online even tho they have to claim it as a "dietary supplement". I've seen the same companies that have their CBD in CA dispensaries selling it online too.

How much longer is this going to last? I grow organic CBD that is very very beneficial to patients. As a web designer, should I be making a website too? At least until it gets banned?!

He is totally wrong. It is totally legal and made from industrial hemp. As for how effective it is, that is another story...
