Started from bagseed when plants got to about 4 weeks old i set them to 12/12 so i can sex them. I did not want to waste my time planting males outside. 5 turned out to be males so i cut them down and put the females back on 24 hour cfl light. for 2 more weeks. now 90% of the females were planted outside. and the light is like 13 hours of daylight right now is this going to cause them to go into flower again. I have a few plants that are still in the 24/0 light i want to take cuttings from. is this crop going to be jacked up? any feedback is greatly appreciated.

So many variables that it's impossible to say for sure, but you shouldn't put non auto-flower plants outside with less than 14-15 hours of light a day. That's not direct sunlight mind you, just time that there is enough light to see the plants easily.
