How can I insert some form of O2 into the soil? And are there positives/negatives?

the most important thing is to have soil that drains well.
the second thing is to have holes at the bottom of the pot.
finally, some people use hydrogen peroxide mixed with your water.
that said, things like nutes, light, water and carbon dioxide will have a much greater effect on your plants than getting extra oxygen to the roots.

Lots o' nitrogen during veg, less nitrogen and a higher phosphorus during flower. Don't forget the Potassium while yer at it.
All you can do is feed. You cant get them to grow any FASTER. It's gonna take time.

When I researched CAo2, I came up with a measurement of oxygen in arterial blood. My Bad.
You STILL need to cool out on your brags, fantastic stories of partners, huge grows, etc. It's those very statements in your previous posts and threads that formed my opinion of you, and my opinion remains unchanged. OK maybe it's a bit better, but not by a whole lot. Just go back and read some of the posts you made and threads you started. Then see if you'd give yourself any credibility.
But barring any evidence to the contrary, I'd say it would work to help increase O2 levels in the soil. It's used in agriculture for that very purpose, and I am gonna do a bit of research on this, maybe even try it. H2O2 and glyoxide would work as well. They all bleach thru oxidation.
