How can I setup a SOG?

Hey everyone, I made a bunch of clones, maybe 40 or 95. The clones are now little plants about 18" tall. They live in Dixie cups or the Redo Solo cups.

I am thinking SOG. Do I cut the branches off each plant to the trunk, leavaing the nub growth at the branch/trunk crotch?

This might help.

Thanks for the tips. I guess I'm doing a lollipop/SoG of hybrid growing method. :) The thing I'm trying to do is get 4 weeks veg time before flowerings. So basically from cutting to clone/rooting is two weeks. Four more weeks veg then into the 12/12 oven.

Thanxx!

I cornered the plants and they got the chainsaw today. These plants range in height between 24" on the left and 28" in the middle.

Under 1000W MH.

This is my interpretation of a Lollipop/SOG. These will proabably start 12/12 this Saturday 5/9.

Nice job on the lollipop!

The latest set of plants are about 18" tall. I cracked each stem at the base today. These have four weeks veg then off to flower.

One of the plants is sorta bending back up, I cracked that one a week or two back as the initial survivability test.

Under 1000W MH. Some of the pics look like HPS. Ha!

It's been about five days since the bending and each looks good. 100% survival rate.

I'm calling the top view, "The Helicopter Method".

There are a couple of profile views showing what I hope will be many tops. I'm going to have a hard time lighting these under one fixture.
