How close are they to being done?

Hello everyone! I visited this forum at my beginning stages and got some awesome advice so here I am again. My plants look nice but I have no idea when they are "done" I can't tell if it's time or if I have time to go still. I took some pictures that I hope will help. The strain is Northern Lights. Thank you for any help!!

you can cut to just K and finish them anytime you want they look to be getting ripe

I`d say 1 to 4 weeks NL can sometime finish very slow sometimes fast, my outside NL did about 3 weeks of ripening in a week the other month so took them down 2 weeks early, lucky I did as I noticed they were on the verge of having bud worm issues after harvest

I'm concerned because some of my plants look about ready but others sharing the same pot arent. I can't flush the ready ones because the others aren't there yet..do I have to flush them? Thanks!

nope. you flush shit (in a toilet), not good shit in dirt...

they aren't done, but they are getting close. i'd say one to two weeks (leaning on the two, over-ripe isn't really a problem with pot).

don't flush, just wait. when they are done, you'll know it.
