how close too keep lights from plant

hi guys just got my grow tent together the lights from the bottom of them are 4 1/2 feet from the ground and i was wondering how close i keep them from the top of the plant i have the vero 29s gen 7s from heavenbright.com i bought the motherships someone please help

i dont use leds, but put the your hand under the led if it burns you it burns the plants, so find the sweet spot, also youll need to raise light during stretch a lot so hope youve bought some yoyos, good luck

my blackstars put out about the same wattage...ur prolly good to keep them bitches really close, like 6" or the size of ur average pecker
