How do I determine the size of my air extraction system???

Hi guys ' I want to know from the information I will list in a second how much hot air I need to remove from my tent.

Space/tent -- 60x60x140cm tent consealed in a small room at the Bach if my house.

Lighting 3x 300 watt led 2x mars 1xwyzm Chinese thing ? It's ok.

Ventilation 2x 4" tt 37watt 187m/hour and a 4" buddy carbon. Also have a 6" filter.
2x 6" clip on fans

Plants -- 1x blue dream in a 30litre pot under a scrog.

So the question : if the length/width/hight x60 gives you the amount of air that needs to moved in and out of the grow space how do I add in the fact I'm 350watt that generating heat???
Plese help???

Hi how are you today? I'm now sure if its right but I like to exchange the air in tent or chamber at least 3 full times or more per hour, I run my fans and filter 24/7 for scent control, so it's constantly flowing air if the lights are on or not. But with stealth being an issue here, I think your numbers look pretty good, I good judge would be to set it all up without the plant in there set up a few ribbons from where you think the cannopy will end up setting up at and check the air flow, temp humidity for a few days, even put some plants in you dont care about anymore like house plants and see if they wilt quickly and what not and you will get a good judgement. With those leds heat should not be a big issue at all so worry more about environment.
