How do I know when to harvest

Hello ladies and gents

just wondering when to harvest? I am a complete noob so any information is greatly appreciated

I am 12 weeks in total today. This is the 40th day of flower.
Also any advice on how to get the buds bigger I use mills nutes and was thinking maybe add more PK of C4??

your buds will swell when ripening. Just keep the plants healthy and they’ll do their thing, no need to add extra boosters.

Looks at least 3 weeks or so away still.
 
Vast majority of hairs will turn red & shrivel, then look under a larger bud cluster at the first node, you'll find 2 calyxes there. Check the trichs on these when they look like this.
