How do i post a profile picture HELPPP lol

okay ive been around the RIU fo a few months now looking a around learning alot BUt HOW THE HELL do i post a profile picture i can post a pic in a thread but cannot find how to get a profile picture somebody wanna help a former pothead out or what haha lol!!!

Go to "My Rollitup" in the upper right. open it. On the left you'll find a link for "edit avatar". This will set the one we see. "Edit profile picture" will stet the pic people will only see when visiting your Profile. cn
