how do i post more pictures into my journal???

everytime i go to insert image it only gives me a URL option.

is it a grow journal m8??

like on this post, if you look by the reply box i'm not typing in, above where i'm typing, is a small box thingy.. in it starting from the left side is a big A, next to it AAA, B, I, U, etc, etc etc..
if you come in from the right hand side, the thrid box in is a small square looking thingy.. click on that, and another window will open.. it will give the option of choosing a file from your computer, or a url..
click the from computer option, choose file, and then simply chose the file you want from your hard drive..
