2 knives and an element .....
or use a pin to scrape the oil heat up a knife then touch the oil onto the knife and walla smoke ..... smoke through the end of a soft drink bottle to channel the smoke

go to to your local hardware store and buy a little propane tank and the torch attachment to it. Then, use pliers to bend it into a hook and hang it off the end of your tourch 15 - 20$ for the torch end, then the tanks are 3$ each. Use a pen tube as a hooter and you skin a twist tie and turn the end into a hook to scoop up the oil.
