How do I train a plant like this

You would have to look up cloning, watch a few videos on how to clone, make sure you're ready to clone and then clone.

There's alot of ways to clone a plant and YouTube has them all.
 
You can tie it down and train it around the pot (think spiral). It will encourage the lower shoots to grow straight up. Which gives you more tops .
 
those lowest leaves look wrecked from the cloner, cut those nodes off, then leave the 3 healthy ones above it and cut the mainstem above the third node. these lower arms will start to grow out
 
You can litterally do anything lol. Im sure thats not what you want to hear, but you can top, lst, supercrop, or use her for clones.

Id PERSONALLY repot her to give her roots some space. To do so, id remove ALL lower growth (theres a node (leafset) dead center.. id remove everything below it), and bury the plant so the dirt level is just below that middle node.

Now you have a shorter plant, in a bigger pot where she can expand her established roots, and start pushing new roots out of the buried stem section. It will create a strong root system and a hearty main stem to support later growth.

And you can immediately begin doing LST or throw a net over her (SCROG) to keep her low/wide if thats your goal.
