there are a total of 4 CFL 36 each, 3 5500k and 1 2500k. I'm rotating them every two days and also I twist the stem (I can't remember how the technique is called). I use plain soil with (you won't believe this) tomato plant fertilizer :) I have invested the minimum you can invest in this and I plan to do a bit more if things turn out OK. Now it's learning time. Also I plan to transplant tomorrow into bigger pots and start LST on the biggest one (third pick from right second row). I will LST all 3 as they grow. Hoping to at least have one big cola as close but most likely higher than all the others... don't know if I'll be able to control this, fingers crossed :)

I've read the Cannabis Growing Bible some 440 pages of "training" :) loved it, I'm still learning on RIU from the best. If I get the time I'll get your book, so thanks for the reference.

tomato ferts ok for veg and whatnot, just dont use what they tell ya on the package, use less, like 1/3.

if you have to LST them all, go for it. not an easy thing, for a first timer. if you have the room, at least let one go naturally so you can see and learn from what goes on.

thats a good boook. thers alot of em.

after transplant, they stress. so only feedem water for a day or 2. and just get as much light on the babies as ya can. slap a fan in for circulation and let em go. as for LST, thats advanced and takes time to learn. learn the way the plant grows, reacts and developes. let one go with no LST IMO itll help ya in the long run

good luck,
peace

I don't know man.. honestly.. I think I'll just update this thread a little bit... I don't even have the slightest idea what are the strains... All 3 are different bag seeds from 3 different bags that I enjoyed a LOT. I only hope at least 2 of them make it to female ... well I hope all 3 do but yeah.. got to be realistic... shit. Maybe I'm a bit ashamed right now :D hahaha...

I have grown before, harvested a mear 6 grams from a plant, and I saw at hand how the plant grows. I know how it reacts and how fragile it is so I will be very careful.. even if the LST won't be very high but at least I will help more buds to get light. I forgot to mention that the temperature is around 80 constant.
