How do my plants look?

That have been vegging for about a couple months. They are under a 2 bulb fluoresent fixture, with 32w 6500k bulbs. They have good soil and have airflow. They stay on 24 hours, and when ready they will switch to 12/12. Do they seem to be almost ready to switch the flowering? Ive heard this is about as big as they will get under this amount of light/power.
This is my first grow and i will be learning from this and going bigger, thx for help.

They look ok but you'll want more light for flower or the buds will be very light and airy.

When you switch to 12/12 the plants will double or triple in size.:leaf:

Trust me, your buds will be airy/stringy/home-grownish looking unless you get a little more light on them when you flower.

You'll thank yourself for spending the money.

Yep. If I veg for 2 months, my plants would be so big I wouldn't have room in my 3x3 grow box.

Those very well might be the smallest 2 month veg plants I have ever seen.

Agreed. This plant is closing in on a month old and look at everything its been through. Its growth has been stunted almost its entire life. And I've taken 6 dead leaves off the bottom.

Look at this textbook magnesium deficiency. This must be around the size where tap water stops having enough magnesium to sustain them:

OP--think about it. The sun is THE SOURCE of all life on earth. Other than nutrients, its one of the 3 things needed to keep a plant alive-light, fresh air, and water. If you can't afford a better light, then maybe you could somehow manage let that thing get 4-5 hours of midday light outside to veg.

But if you don't get better lights by flower time you'll still get the stringy buds.
