How do my seedlings look?

They are pointing up, one didn't even start standing... I''m thinking it may be a gonner. The lights fell on them on day 3, guess she couldn't take it...

you can add a little more soil as they grow to help support them. i start mine low in the pot like you did just for this reason. they look fine.

Have you put any drain holes in them pots? I've had good success with well-drained pots and soil, and not so much success using yoghurt pots with no holes.

Yeah, make sure there's some drain holes, because that soil looks a little too wet.

So, the little one seems like it died. It has shriveled up...

Im gonna get some fox farm from a friend today, nut much so its gonna go in party cups. Gonna mix it with perlite. Should I do 50-50 or 80-20?

50/50 is overkill, especially in a small container, because it will dry out very fast. Go with 80/20, and you'll be good to go.

little one died, even parts of the root were brown..

I transplanted the other 2 into fox farm 100%, some 20az water bottle, top cut off, like what I have before but alot more soil... I also installed 2 120mm fans into the growbox, the temp is now at 75.6 and its 71.8 in the room. I think that's pretty good..... the air doesn't circulate well to my room it seems from the A/C, hopefully seeing how my room gets hot it won't cause too much of an issue.

don't forget the drain holes.
