How do these plants look for 2-3 weeks?

I thought they'd be taller by now. They're outside in the garden. The stems were pretty tall and bent over, but I ended up covering them with soil. The rest of the plant is only an inch or two high.

I noticed some pale green/yellow on the newest leaves, and brown on the tips of two leaves. It has been raining a lot, so they've been watered more than I would have liked. Now I'm moving them under cover until they can dry out. Do these plants look about right for being 2-3 weeks old? Is there anything else I should do?

Not really, they look about 7 days old. And that soil looks swampy. Better let them dry out completely and let the roots chase the moisture.
