is this information stickied somewhere? this thread wasn't exactly easy to find(it wasn't difficult either, thanks to the search box, and just one post saved me from necroposting), and I'd like to know when or how i can more thoroughly engage the community, or discover how i can remove the restrictions to more thoroughly engage the community.

could the account verification token link to an etiquette and usage guide with some important FAQs? personally i would have found that very useful.
