I noticed my leaves were having some lock out problems so I checked the coco coir run off and its 5.1. So i go online to find a solution and there isnt one. Everyone talks about checking the ph but have no solution to this problem. Most of the answers are "next time add this or that in the media before planting". Well i would like to know if there is a way to fix the problem now since i just started flowering and i dont want to start all over again.

Don't go chasing run-off pH, Not an accurate measure of the pH of the root zone. In coir, feed every watering with the pH in the range from 5.8 to 6.2.
This is from 10 years experience in coir.
Ph meter was way off and i thought i was feeding them 5.6-5.8 when it was 4.8- 5.1, just found that out not too long ago. The root zone is now 5.1, how can i correct this mistake or should i just go back to regular feeding and hope that it will rise? Definitely going with 5.8-6.2 from now on.

Right now I use Cyco nutrients, just the A&B in grow and bloom formulas.
My whole schedule is 2ml of Armor Si, 2 ml cal-mag+, 5ml each of the A&B, and for bloom I add 2.5ml of Hydroplex in weeks 3-5 into RO water pH to 5.8-6.0.
