How do you secure ducting?

I have everything I need but I cannot figure out...how do you secure ducting? I can't just let it hang. Is there a part made for this purpose?

I buy a plastic "strapping" with little holes in it. I nail that up to the rafters. You can cut the length you need.

$2.99 at Home Depot.

You can double up cable ties and tap some cable clamps to the wall
