How do you water first 10 days?

I have troubles, lost around 30 seeds in one month. Seems that everything I plant, it doesn't grow. They're 14 days old and they look like 7 days old. I tried watering every 5 days with 0.75 L feed, I tried everyday watering with 30 mL feed. Same results. And I grew some monsters before just with that same schedule. I've tried directly in 10 L pot, I've tried with 250 mL cups (they grow fine 7 days, then stay the same).
I grow in coco perlite mix, 10 L pots. Yes, I rinse and recharge coco properly.

Can you guys help me how do you water youngsters?

seedlings don’t need much water, the only time you can really over water in coco is when roots aren’t established and it gets super saturated.

Germinate directly in solo cups. Keep the seedlings soil moist not soaked and temps in the mid 80's with 24 hours of t-12 or t-5 lighting, 1 inch above the plants with a little air flow. Use a reptile heating map under your solo cups during and after germination. It's worked for me for 30 plus years.

what time frame/weeks do you usually transplant the seedlings out? I grew some small fragile ones in cheap soil and want to move them to fox farm ocean soil. They are in solo cups right now, roughly 2 weeks.
