How far along am i?

Ok so i got this as a 3 inch cutting and have been vegging about 2 or 3 weeks and just want your opinion on how it looks and what i could do better... First time actually doing full grow... Btw i topped it about a week ago to make 2 tops. Here some pics.. Also should i remove the 2 bottom fan leaves or leave them? How long till i go 12/12?

Leave the leaves on till they dry up... If you got to flowering yield will be small. Good luck!

Whats lights are you using looks like it stretch a good bit i would get more lights so it dont get to tall before you flower bro just trying to look out im no pro but my plants are in flower and yours looks just as tall ill show ya a pic
