ok i know this might need to go into the outdoor but this is a good tip for anyone wanting to not get caught. and for the 7 years that ive been growing its worked for me.

so its late September and you have 50 or so plants that are ready to be snipped. but there way the hell out in the woods and your worried about getting caught with duffel bags full of stinky sticky skunk.

heres what you do..now being that you hopefully have some cash lying around before hand or growing isn't your only job, you should have 500 bucks to invest in a good pair of gen 2 night vision goggles. preferably with little to no zoom. why might you need these..well your going to need to see without being seen. yes a flashlight would work but it looks odd seeing flashlights out in the woods at 3 am. plus with gen 2's the night becomes day. so you now have these nifty new nvgs what next. well they day before or shall i say during the day before night falls go out to your plants and start to get the plot ready to move..(do it on a day when its not raining) cut the plants down and trim off all or most of the fan leaves and the main bulk of the plants. then divide the plants up so they can fit in what ever you use to carry out the harvest, I like to use duffel bags. once all the plants are divided out and trimmed a bit. put them in garbage bags or some other water proof container, hide the bags in another location away from the plot and make sure you remember where the bags are, hide them well so no one will find them. now wait until 2 or 3 am and get on your goggles. turn them on and start bush whacking. once you find the bags open them up and let them air out for a bit cause moister would have collected in them once aired out for about 15 to 30 mins shut the bags and try to push out as much air as you can. hold them down and tie the bags up with some rope. once this is done stuff them into your duffel bags, and hike out, once your at your car take the goggles off and put the bags into your car and try to hide them, IE in the spare tire hole or under the bench seat of your car. drive home and take the bags out and start trimming. once the buds look like buds and not plants hang them. do as you wish with the shake. i have done this every time Ive harvested and i have not been caught yet.

if you wish post the ways you harvest a grow.

seem abit pricey 500 bucks an average grower is trying to save money. how are u going to drive into the woods without having your cars headlights on?

I like the night vision idea. I have used very large back packs so I don't have to carry them, plus you can hang your tools and such on them, lol. This was learned over the years though, did my share of hauling rubbermaid bins, large duffel bags, garbage bags, carts, whatever we could find at the time. The backpacks work best for me now. :D I only go there twice, once to plant em and the next time to harvest them, hopefully they are still there and there is something to harvest. That's price we pay for using someone else' land, lol.

Some years better than others. Plant in the corn after they do the last spray in late june. Some years they are chopped down, stolen, found etc. Other years it is a huge harvest, you never know. Put out way more than you think you need and if you loose some it isn't that bad of a hit. The most put out was over 1000, got about 600 return. :D

that seems like a very long winded way of saying "take them to your car at night. NV goggles would certainly be handy but in no way a necessity

well i use NVG's and they work for me plus you can drive with them and not have headlights on. take my jeep out to the woods at 2am with no headlights and i can see fine plus you normally don't go very fast when your 4x4ing, so NVGs work great. im just saying out of the many times ive grown it's worked. and id rather pay 500 bucks then go to jail.
