~~ How is my little plantation looking? Also need some questions answered :| ~~

Hey guys, Just yesterday i transfered a pot with 2 of my best plants inside into an indoor grow box (My desktop PC case). i water them a little bit every day with a
30-10-10 NPK fertilizer, they are about 4 weeks old (But keep in mind they've been outside for most of the time). I'm using a 144w CFL lightbulb. I haven't installed a fan yet, but i'll get round to doing this in a few days.

I have a few questions aswell...

I need the weed to grow as short as possible, only about 80 - 90 cm tall, (27 inches, to about 31 inches.) How do i do this?

About how high do i need the lights from the plants?

Could you guys give me some tips, on how to improve my grow box?

they look pretty nice. i think maybe putting them in the same pot before you know the sex wasnt a great idea though. you may have to pull one of them, and the roots might be tangled and disturb the other plant. do you plan on using that light to flower them? this is important because you will definately need more light power to get any kind of substantial bud production. on keepong them small, you could do whats called "topping" and cut the very tops of the plants internodes, this will force your plant to grow horizontaly using those side branches. itll be bushier [sideways] but it will hold it back from growing tall for a while as it flowers.

Nah, i'm probably going to get 2 or 3 more of the same light, but in a different spectrum for flowering. Today, i'm going to transfer them to individual pots, so they can grow freely

On the topic of topping... Have you got any useful links which show you how to do this, and why, etc...?

thats good. youll probably want to get the fan and lights at the same time, or fan first at least. so as not to burn the little ones. and thats a good link up there, by the way, manditroy.
i accidentaly did a great topping on my first ever grow. with similar lights/small fan ect. so im not saying its easy, but its maybe not as hard as it sounds.
