I was wondering how late into flowering have you guys successfully pollinated a plant?

You need a minimum of 4 weeks after pollination for the seeds to ripen.

If it’s a 9 week strain and you pollinate in the 5th week, can you let it run until week 10? They will be harvesting strictly for seeds..

I start week 2 heading into week 3, and let it go a week extra, 9wks instead of 8. If its a pure sativa that flowers for 15 weeks I'd pollinate around week 6-7.
I wouldn't bother trying to pollinate outside of the early window, most seeds past that point wind up being micro-duds.
It's all dependent on flowering time, strain dependent.

Just do a couple lower branches then harvest everything else and let it continue to ripen TA DA

Yes you'll be good but I like hitting them at week 4.
