yeah it is around 2 or 3 weeks. but at least until you have 2 sets of serrated edged true leaves...so a total of at least 4 leaves with 3 or more fingers...

I would wait until the plant develops more nodes with leaves. Usually when the plant has 4-5 branches of leaves thats when i start to slowly give it nutes
