if your new to this then cut them down to buds and jar them now and keep a close eye for when they should come out and sit for a bit, as soon as they feel a little crispy again back in the jar they go until they dont seem to get dampish on the outside anymore then you can pretty much leave the jar closed maybe just open it and turn the buds around instead of leaving it open...they may be able to go a few hours or a day or so longer even i cant fully tell without seeing but the thing is your way better off under drying and finishing the dry in and out of the jar than over drying and never getting a cure and winding up with crap!

should be about a week to two that you will need to flip the buds around and leave the jar open at first around a few hours maybe 6 to 8 once a day then it will dwindle to about 3-4 hours after a week and then down to an hour or so by the end and then from their on you just open and flip the buds around and dont really need to leave the jar open...you have to learn to feel it out

i usually do a week myself, about that same humidity, that seems to work well for me
on the other hand, the last month or so has been crazy humidity in the northeast, 90+ RH for weeks and weeks
just finished a dry that took a whole month, jarred them today with my meter showing a 60% in the jar, which is great for the meter method

Hang a week I say. Complete darkness and cold is how I dry mine. Then jar.... But keep in complete dark
