It all depends on how you approach it and what strain you are growing.

Many indicas flower in 7-8 weeks. Sativas take longer, up to 20 weeks.

So depending on how long you veg, you can add the germ time (a week) onto the veg time onto the flower time and get CLOSE.

Then add a few weeks 'cus you're using CFL and it will take forever (or will seem like it took forever) to veg to a decent flower size (read some of the posts here w/5 month old plants that are 6" tall for proof).

Figure on a **Minimum** of 3 months from planting the seed to harvest and expect it to take 4.

It *is* a bummer...but if you plan ahead and you work it right..that 4 month gap with no smoke WILL BE YOUR LAST.

I had a similar gap...oh..back in Summer of '90.

I haven't BOUGHT or been without pot since.
