Hi

I have two lady's which i have had under a red light for eight weeks all the buds look good however the smell aint as strong from them.

My question is does the length of time in flowering affect the thc levels and how do you start the plant for harvesting?

I have been feeding biobiz bloom and topmax.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thx

Check out the harvesting and curing pages. Rather than post everything here it's all there for you to go and read. The stickys there are great.

It can. Here is an example. Lets say you were growing a strain that was supposed to be flowered in a period of 8 weeks by the breeder. You decided to flower it for 14 weeks. Your buds could be larger and denser but you sacrifice in the thc department. If you view marijuana under a microscope you can see age of trichromes. Once you see amber ones that is an indication of the shift of thc content dropping and cbd climbing.
