I used Empire builder
Empire Builder Producers Blend contains generous amounts of perfectly mineral balanced and microbe enhanced ingredients:
GUARANTEED ANALYSIS:
Available Phosphate (P2O5): 0.07%
Soluble Potash (K2O): 0.52%
Derived from rock phosphate, potassium sulfate.
ALSO CONTAINS NONPLANT FOOD INGREDIENT:
0.6% Humic acid from lignite.
SOIL AMENDING INGREDIENTS: Coco Coir, Sphagnum Peat Moss, Composted Forest Humus, Worm Castings, Coco Chips, Lava Rock, Pumice, Perlite, Gypsum, langbeinite, sea bird and bat guano, fish bonemeal, feather meal, bonemeal, limestone, greensand, alfalfa meal, kelp meal, glacial rock dust, azomite, soybean meal, and rice bran.

Then we amended with kelp and bone meal, some guanos and blood meal.
Then I mixed tea and fed with a commercial feed once or twice.
Then I used liguid squid and lots of liquid this and that organic root builders.

Ok so the question is, being near 100% organic but the twice I hit with some 16/16/16 kind of stuff.

How long does that "Feed" the powders and organics last?

My plants tripled in size the first 30 days.
No bugs, no yellow leaf other then a slight cal mag issue that we already fixed.

All the other years all I ever did was use max sea every day and fed really hard.
This year just worm tea and pooopy stuff.

Second question is should I have been feeding organics HARD and often?
Or is the fish/water/trace nutrients/flush program good enough?

I would say use whatever is working for you good buddy, gotta experiment to perfect the art. and they usually take a while to break down unless your soil has a good amount of microbes already living and thriving down below, for example I mixed a dandelion slurry for about 2 weeks and it smelt like complete shit, after the fact i put them onto one of my compost piles for natural nitrogen and about a week later the smell had completely subsided and it just smelt like fresh viable soil again, so you know something right was going on down there, as far as decomposition, etc etc...

-Get yourself some Agsil17 i think is what it is called for potassium silicate foliar
--Concentrated aloe powder for foliar as well and cloning dip
---Some type of high propaguled myco count inoculant powder compared to trichoderma counts anyways
----As far as teas are concerned you seem to be right on the money with 2 per grow, and then depending on the soil mix you were talking about above you would probably just be good with regular watering the rest of the grow...

HTH
Happy growing
