Why don’t you put dirt in there like everyone suggested?
They aren’t going to flower if you don’t. They’ll never make it that far but good luck.

Advice....pull plant out of container, add more soil, repot plant so soil is almost at top of pot!

2 even if they do bud up they won't be what you are hoping for.

Outdoor plants I’m using the sun don’t know whether they are female or male but planted about 20 seeds or so. They are bagseed planted 2 months ago.

When we said add more soil. We meant fill the fucking pots to the top.
Your plants are begging for more soil so they can be healthy.

@Kalebaiden is right. If it were me I'd strip anything below that bottom lip in the pot and fill to there with dirt.

the internet has information on the very basics of growing any plant.
basic rules are:
FILL the pot up to 1" below the top with soil
water only if soil is dry.
to answer your initial question, there are many possibilities. first fill the pot with soil then revisit the question a month from now.

Do you see the lip on the inside near the top of the pot? There should be soil at least that high in the pot. If you don't want to do that then it's fine, but you are only wasting your and everyone else's time here. Good luck.
