hello please help and tell me ASAP is this okay for one(1) plant during seedling/growth stage?
1 32watt cfl 1 42watt and 2 13watt cfl ?:leaf:
Depending on the kelvin 6500k-4100k-3000k-2700k and so on...I would use 1 32 watt for youngling and when it gets a real set of leaves add another and when it has 3 ro 4 nodes add another...the idea is to have the CFLs within 2-3 inches on top and on the sides good luck and welcome to RIU :bigjoint:

For vegging you need more blue spectrum 6500k these lightbulbs are packaged and labeled as Daylight or Cool Blue
For flowering you need more of the red spectrum which is 2700k labeled as Warm. Just look on the back.

I have 200w on 6 seedlings. At mixed spectrum ( 2-2700k, 2-5000k, and 4-6500k) when they go into flowering I will have 100w per plant with more red spectrum than blue.

Not neccesarily...I use a 4100k and 4200k HIDs for veg and flower and have no prob...yes it's recommended you do this, but you will find what works for you best, and it may not be the concensus of the group...here's my girls under 4100k in veg and flower, you tell me...
