About how much would I yeild using sog method 12/12 from seed growing 32 plants in soil in cups or 1L pots with 2x400w hps? Let me know any results youse have got or what youse think

SOG is a "perpetual" yield method. So every couple weeks you get a harvest.
It is usually done with rooted cuttings. I don't think 12/12 from seed would be ideal for this method. Not to mention thats a shitload of seeds.
The plants are pruned to produce a single cola. A 32 plant SOG would produce 8 plants every couple weeks. You don't get big yields per plant, you get a steady supply of ready to harvest small crops.
Is this your first grow? I ask because a SOG is a lot of work and if you run into problems, it can mess the whole system up/
