How many plants in a DarkRoom 80 x 80 x 160 ??

I was wondering how many plants could I get in that tent? And would a 400 HPS be suitable? Or consider going for a higher wattage?

I doubt you could fit more than six in there to begin with, but that's about right for a 400 HPS in a cabinet sized space. A 400 will not grow very tall plants to a great yield, so you'll wind up with several feet of extra space in there, top or bottom. In my steel cabinet, I put in a 2' tall clone box with an 80 watt light under the flower area. Assuming you can deal with the light intrusion above, of course.

Thanks. I have limited space in my room and I think that's about as big as i could go.

I was looking at scrOG because basically I would like to harvest as much as possible. I understand the 400 WATT is a little low so I am going to go with an 800 anyway.

The plan is to keep a continuous cycle going, vegging and flowering, so I'm looking on purchasing 2 of these tents.

I'm still in the planning stages, just building up the money until it's time. I'm considering moving house just to have the room/space to do it on a large scale. Also been watching alot of DVD's.

Good for you. Get that perpetual harvest going, keep at it till you dial it in just right, and IMO you'll be growing the most rewarding way their is. Complex, unending and time consuming, but very gratifying.

Oh, don't forget, you don't get to go away for more than a long weekend, at best.
