How many plants per lumen?

Guess i should've asked how many lumens per plant.

Just curious what that number was again, couldnt find it in the growfaq. So if someone has 4 600w HPS lights, how many plants could he efficiently and effectively grow?

Big plants or small plants? LST, or SOG or ScroG or none of them? Is the goal to grow as many plants as possible, or is the goal to grow as much bud in one harvest as possible, or is the goal to grow as many ounces per month as possible? For as many plants as possible, use SOG from clones, could probably do about 144 small popsicle-style plants. For as much bud as possible in one harvest, grow 16 plants and veg them for three months before flowering. For as much bud/month as possible, mmm, I'd say 16-24 plants and a ScroG.

All depends on what the goal is.

if i would be you i went with single 600w lamp for ~4 plants.
buds will be big as hell.

i dont see point using 6 600w bulbs. thats insane!

btw, think about electricity bill

Ive got 8 with a hortilux 600 watt HPS and I think its too many plants. The ones in the middle are doing the best.
