Less than $30 worth of CFLs would, with less effect too.

Wait, so what are you saying? Wouldn't they grow slower under CLFs? What do you mean "less effect"??
I just want to know if that light in the link will work for 4-6 plants :/

He means you won't get as big as an end result or "harvest" as you would with MH or HPS lights. Tis all

I mean that $30 LED lights are a scam. You may keep a small plant alive with it but you won't get high on anything it grows.
