How Much Bubble Hash Should I Get? Pics

So I just had to cut my 3ft Chemdog that was about 3 weeks in flowering, so she had some nice sized buds but something happened and turned her hermie, so I needed to take her out of the room, and I just ordered 8 one gallon Bubble Hash bags so I wanted to make hash, never done it before I dont have a clue how much I should come out with this plant. So do you guys have any ideas on how much? I very confindent that I know how to make it, I've watched countless videos but never got a real amount. So any help would be appreciated! (P.S. She is about 3-4 inches taller now than she was in this picture with nicer more dence buds!)

I don't see any buds in that picture dude... you're probably gonna get less than a gram, or a gram if lucky.

No she has like 2 ounces of wet bud now. She did grow quite a bit from when the picture was taken to now, so you have to a count for that.

Also im using the whole plant if you didnt know, Im not just using the buds, im using everything. It all has trichomes in it. I should have about 70-100 grams of dry leaves when im done.
