How much do you think my baby will stretch? 6 weeks of veg now. Photos, HELP!

Hey guys. I am back to the RIU community after keeping my head down for a bit. I am no stranger here. A lot of you followed my last journal in my 150w HPS stealth shelf setup.

Well, same set up, a few changes. And over the last 6 weeks I have been raising a clone given to me. It is known as an LA Affie, and it is an 8 week indica. Unlike my last strain which were still going after nearly 12 weeks flower.
So yeah she has been Vegging for about 6 weeks now, my last grow I used a very strict LST method which worked a treat, now I'm trying something different. Because my growroom is only 80 cm tall (just less than a metre) I have been keeping the nodes growing on my Affie tight as fuck. This has given me a fairly short bushy plant.

She is only 9 inches high, or 23 cm..
And has many branches.
It sits under twin 18w cool white tubes with another 18w tube and 23w cfl for side light.
I have snipped a couple of clones from the bottom.

I would love an idea of how much she will stretch or grow in size when I put her under my 150w HPS on 12/12.
If anybody has had a tight node indica like this and has experience pleas help me out!
Any ideas, and opinions are welcome! It would be good to see the old team on here again.

LA Affie is a dope strain... i have never grown a affie b4 but i grow indicas.. and they can double in size... so maybe a good 9-18 inches... flowering plants stop growing vertically at the 4-6th week of flowering .. pending on strain... in your case a indica .. could stop growing between that time frame

I wouldnt switch it till you get the nutrient problem sorted out. The leaves look pretty burnt

Cheers guys, doubling in size would be fine, as long as the nodes stay fairly tight during flowering. I am considering topping it before flowering and let it veg another week. But if it doubles it's size it should be fine in my grow space..
As for the nute burn, I have that sorted now, remember those leaves are about 3 weeks old now, the new growth is healthy as.

all i know and have experience with is p kush and grand daddy, i believe both indica strains, short and bushy little fuckers, after flowering they only grow another few inches maybe

hey man subd to the new journal. Weird ass lookin plant man! lol, tight ass mofeckin node spacing too! I'm betting it wont grow over 15' TOTAL when you flip it to flower. Depending on how long you wait of course. lol, if you were to toss her into flower now, I'd say she'd get to be about 15' total. That's my guess. Just keep that HPS as close as possible without burning when you do flip to 12/12. I'm talkin 4 inches from the top of the plant, and make sure to check it each day to make sure it doesn't grow into the light. If you do that. I'm betting your gonna have 1 solid heavy ass nuggett to harvest!

I think the Afgani strain is a bit different to the LA Affie, but both solid Indicas so should be similar to grow.
I have a mate who grows some legendary stuff, same strain and nutes that I am running, modeling this grow on his but small scale.
I got a bit too excited with the nutes to start but have cut em back now. He reckons the bud and headzilla combo is where it's at.

I will check out your setup on youtube man, what do you reckon the height of this lady will end up as? Keeping her close to light as possible?

Hey man, yeah it has been a long, tight vegging period to pull those nodes. And I have taken a couple of clones from the bottom of the plant so she looks top heavy.
I am thinking bout chucking her into flower now. Or wait another few days and see if my clones take root.
Thanks for the input regarding height, I will keep her close like my last lst grow, I got a better light reflector setup and a proper exhaust fan and carbon filter now.
The stealth shelf is evolving.
Hope you are right about the harvest! Hope my filter can control the smell.

sup bro umm sog? hmm lol they were so overpriced it was almost burglary..i ddnt really care eh but u knw..the dude who pretty much caused the downfall "Reuban Wade" read some of the shit on the (daktory site) went to the same intermediate school as me and hes a dumfuck for givin out info in the first place lead to him and others being busted..always was a dipshit know it all.. and i guess thats how the biscuit breaks..lol anyway as for how much more she'll stretch maybe another 1/2 foot..sativa dominant strains can stretch hardout, as indica dominants tend to stay bushy and stout...have had no experience with a LA Affie but im sure it aint far off my afghani it looks simalair and node spacing is real tight on mine aswell..last ones were vegged to about 3 1/2 ft then finished at around 4ft -4.5ft as for the Bud/Growzilla..yeh it works but theres way better for around the same price if not cheaper.ive heard headmaster works well tho..id stay away from SOG bro. u might get followed home or somethin, sum "informant" could be takin plates.after "operation lime" and all.lol
