How much is popcorn bud worth

I have just recently bought a bag of popcorn bud for the first time. How much I paid for it was weird though because I thought I was buying a dime for fifteen but I ended up getting a nick for fifteen. I felt bad about it at first but I really got high five times on the bag. So my question is, Is popcorn bud really worth fifteen bucks a gram or what?
